Mobile Gaming Van for Parties and Events

Manchester Gaming Van is a mobile gaming van that can be booked for your gaming party including children's parties, corporate events and weddings.

We provide gaming parties for up to 10 children at your venue; offering a fun and engaging experience for all ages.

What happens during the gaming party?

Steve will call you prior to the party to confirm you are aware of the requirements and understand how the party will work. Please let us know of any questions you have.

Manchester Gaming Van is a converted Mercedes Sprinter Long wheeled based van that doors open at the back and we will require:

8 meters in length to park
Ground is flat enough to park
Provide access to 2 standard plug socket within 30 metres of the gaming van
Minimum of 1 adult over 18 years old to be responsible for the children at the party and remain near the van at all times

2 plug extensions le are provided by Manchester Gaming Van.

It is the bookers responsibility to ensure there is adequate parking space for Manchester Gaming Van and if applicable, all neighbours have been pre warned of the event. It is the bookers responsibility to also cover any parking charges if applicable at your venue choice.

If we arrive at your venue and there is no where to park or the area is felt unsafe for the children then we may also need to cancel your party - but this will all be discussed with you at the time.

Internet

Manchester Gaming Van has new state of the art mobile internet. This is the highest standard available in the UK. It is dependent upon mobile signal however should this fail we have ethernet backup. We will ensure that no matter what your little ones have the best possible experience.

Gaming Party

We can tailor your party to your gaming requirements. For example, EAFIFA tournaments, Fortnite battles etc. Specific tournaments can be discussed prior to the party day.

We have 2 racing seats where 2 people can race each other, or we can put a separate tournament on to see who gets the fasted lap on the racing track chosen.

We also have a Meta Quest 3 VR headset available for use to support the gaming experience.

We will host the party, support the technical side of the consoles/remotes and provide knowledgeable advice on games and make it fun! We are not solely responsible for the care of the children - we require an adult over 18 years old to be the responsible adult for the entirety of the party. We do have DBS checks in place for all staff working with the children.

Please note that food or drinks are not allowed in the gaming van, this is to ensure that the gaming consoles and controllers are kept as clean as possible.

We clean the gaming van, controllers and consoles in between every party to ensure they are kept to an excellent standard.

Safeguarding

Safety is paramount to every decision made by Manchester Gaming Van. We take pride in ensuring that your children are secure and safe.

All our staff have valid DBS Checks and we have up to date comprehensive business insurance.

How much does it cost?

Prices vary between length of time booked for.

Current prices are:

£200 for 1 hour

£260 for 2 hours

£350 for 3 hours

Please contact us if you need a quote for a specific length of time and we would be happy to accommodate.

We do require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot of £50

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your Manchester Gaming Van date and time.

Deposits are taken at the time of booking via our secure online payment link.

Alternatively you are welcome to call us on 07473067748 to pay deposits over the phone with a payment card.

Please note we are unable to reserve any events or dates without a deposit.

How do I pay?

The £50 deposit is taken upon booking your chosen date and time via our secure online payment link. This can be booked online or by calling us to complete the booking over the phone.

The remaining of the balance will need to be paid in full prior to the event day. Payment for the remaining amount can be made over the phone by card or via the secure online payment link.

We cannot reserve any events or dates without a deposit.

Cancellations

The £50 deposit is non-refundable and this will be retained upon any cancellations.

If the reason for your cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather, severe illness or bereavement; Manchester Gaming Van will attempt to reschedule with you another mutually convenient date and time.

All cancellations must be emailed to steven@manchestergamingvan.com and where possible we will attempt to reschedule the party or offer a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations by Manchester Gaming Van

We obviously want all our parties to go ahead as planned and for you to have an amazing experience. However in rare circustances such as extreme weather conditions, staff illness, technical issues out of our control we may need to cancel your party. In such rare cases we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps forward and ideally offer another date and time for the party or offer a full refund.

If we arrive at your venue and there is no where to park or the area is felt unsafe for the children then we may also need to cancel your party - but this will all be discussed with you at the time.

We would love for every party to go ahead as planned and we will work with you to achieve this as best as possible.
